The search results display the number of seats currently available for sale across all classes—Economy, Comfort, Business, and First Class—which may include overbooked seats. However, the system does not indicate the level of overbooking. Note that some low-cost carriers and charter flights might not be visible in the results, and flights operated by British Airways (BA), Copa Airlines (CM), Southwest Airlines (WN), Lufthansa City Line (CL), or those departing from or arriving at San Diego are also excluded from the search.

Users of ZED Ticket are advised to verify flight details directly with the airline before finalizing travel arrangements. The ZED Fares Table provides special fares for ZED member airline employees. The complete list of airports is available in the Airports Section, while the Airlines Section features a comprehensive list of 233 airlines; however, not all airlines listed are included in particular search results.

Additionally, there are twenty frequently asked questions addressing various aspects of the platform. Usage of iFlyZED is not restricted to airline employees; all passengers holding frequent flyer cards can utilize the service to maximize their miles, especially since miles cannot typically be redeemed on overbooked flights. It is important to note that even with a confirmed ticket, airline overbooking policies may prevent a passenger from being guaranteed a seat on a specific flight.
